Hi Guys,
I have a UC module-v1 on a Avaya IPOv2 running 9.1.4.0 build 137 and, it keeps falling out on me. (during non-business hours) It has never run more than a week straight. What I try to do is restart it but then it says boot failure or 'running' with no statistics so if I reinstall from a usb drive I can get it running again only until..... it happens again. The leds show ok, the same as the VCM installed right next to it. I have tried different slots, same thing. Any suggestions? Note: I am using a backup server on a windows 7 pc running 9.1.0.1

joe2938: Ok.thats what I thought. Does anyone have an upgrade for the PC version? I am using Windows 7 version 9.1.0.1 but I would like to run the same version as the system which is 9.1.4.0 build 137. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Upgrade, Avaya will replace it for you free of charge if it's one of the defective units that were sold, look at the sticker on the uc module to see if that is what you've got

Yes it is. Would you happen to have the patch download SSDFWUpgrade-1.0.0-7.zip , 9.0.x ? I can fix this I beleive.

no you can not as it is micro processor at least that was what we were told, contact Avaya.support

But at least he will have the software if the replacement needs it

I just went and grabbed the box and my earlier 'Yes it is' was not accurate. Turns out the PCS06 and the SN 13WZ05 so this doesnt seem to be defective hardwarish'. I do not have access to download the patch but if someone could help me thanksalot.

Ok. I did a reinstall and got it going again. If someone has the patch available please help me before it locks up again.. SSDFWUpgrade-1.0.0-7.zip , 9.0.x

Westi: Got it thanks so much!! I'll get it installed ASAP

I actually need the other file: SSDFWUpgrade-1.0.0-7.zip , 9.0x to do this
