I have a 500 V2 running 8.1.63. Have the UC module configured. Had my call flows built and recorded. Messages all work, mailboxes work, outcalling works. I hear the Night message when the Night button is pressed. But when I open the Voice mail Pro Client I now get a message "problem with the call flow datadase".
I can nolonger see my modules or groups in the voice mail client. I have stopped the web manager interface and restarted. Polite restart of the phone system. What is crazy is has been working for four hours????? Not sure what to look at... like the call flow is gone and won't let me save a new one. Anyone had this issue?

exactly in manager leave voicemail at the 169.254.0.2, however do assign the customers voicemail ipaddress on the web broswer page only and do not forget to change the default gateway on the web page as well, also there is a known issue that if the uc module looses its power it will default back to the original gateway address

Did you make and send the config on a higher version if voice mail pro and then upload it to a lower version of voice mail pro? If you did then you will get a database error.
For example, you downloaded the file from a 5.0 machine with 8.0, rebuilt your voice mail and uploaded it back to a 5.0. The 5.0 will take the flow but you will not be able to access it.

I've recently had a similar issue. Attempted to install the latest vmpro software one 2 machines and both gave me issues opening (and closing) the call flow database. First issue with my personal laptop, single user, had to move system.enterpriseservices.dll into my assembly folder to get the callflows to open properly. On the second PC (also running XP) can't open callflow database either but seems to be a different issue. I'm still able to log into the UC with my laptop and make changes to the database but no luck with the PC we use for remote access (logmein.) Has never worked on the PC even before remotely accessing it.
