UC Module 9.1.8 VM Pro User vmails issue

Got an IP500v2 with a UC Module V2 running 9.1.8. The VM Pro application seems to be running and everything from the SSA to the Web Management is also indicating green conditions. But we have random users who are not receiving notifications of new messages. I can test call each of them and get their correct mailboxes and correct greetings. I can leave a message just fine also. But they never get the MWI alert and logging into their mailboxes show no messages. I've tried rebooting only the UC module using the Web Manager but that didn't resolve anything. I then rebooted the entire 500 unit as well and still no results. Is this a bug with the module ? This is a brand new install, only a few days in use too.

There is an issue with MWI on SCN networks but 9.1.8 fixes it.

if it is just some users check the user name in the cfg

adding a trailing space after the name used to be a common cause of this issue



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Found the issue. Turned out to be some corruption in the UC database. I simply deleted and re-created the users that were having the issue and it resolved it. Weird.
