UC Module 9.0.300.941 in IP Office Mode

Hello,

I have just received a report from a client that all voice mail messages are being played 2-3 seconds later than the start of the message. I have been navigating around the Pro Client with no luck finding a programmable field that relates to this issue reported.

I have also referenced IP Office Technical Bulletins but could not find any related information.

Any information or similar experience resolution would be great. Thanks.

Sorry I have just identified that I am in fact running a Avaya IP Office Unified Communications Module v8.0.10-3.el6

is that UCM on a V9.0 system?

if so then I am not surprised you are having issues

if it is on an *.0 system then expect problems shortly when* the SSD card corrupts, the updates from Avaya to make it reliable are not available for that release.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
