Hi Guys

Dialling rules on UC express, all i want is a rule to put a 9 infront of numbers. Has anyone got one? Can't get my head round the expressions. And on;t want to use Windows dialling rules

Thanks

What I'm hearing from our techs is that you can use either or. Id set up dialing rules in the Windows modems list. That would be a lot easier than using the RegEx.

The following will do,

Phone pattern reg expr: ^(\d*)$
Translation reg expr: 9$1

That's all.

I to am struggling to understand dialling rules.
THe above works fine for external calls.
However on doing the above clearly a 9 is inserted in front on extn numbers - is there a way around this?

thanks
