Hello our Company recently installed a 3300 all went well except when installing UC express one user loses connection intermittenly and cant click to dial and another will not sync to Outlook keeps getting "Outlook contacts not available" even when Outlook box checked in settings.In second scenario i can manually dial via UC toolbar. Any help appreciated.
