Hello,

I have a problem with the Micollab client with UC endpoint softphone. I can make and receive calls but I can't transfer the calls. The Call transfer button is not there.
When I control the deskphone everything works fine, the call transfer button is in the call window and I can transfer the call.
I added second multicall line to key 2 of the UC endpoint but that made no difference.

Micollab client - 6.0.509.0
MiVB - 7.0 SP1 PR2

Any suggestion?

Thanks
Peter

did you add a mulitcall line 2 as the original DN set to ring

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Yes, the UC endpoint have the second line set up as multicall of the original extension and is set to ring.

is this a windows based client running as a softphone

do you have the correct sip device capabilities and cos set on it .

there were issues with teh standard 71 cos that got applied
we created our own cos and SDC from the admin manual recommendations

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I'm using the default CoS and SDC. Which document you are referring to?
Micollab client admin doc?

from manual

MiCollab Client desk phones and softphones can have different Classes of Service (COS) as
long as the COS options below are properly set.
Configure the following fields and options on the Class of Service Options form:
• Group Presence Control: Set to Yes
• Group Presence Third Party Control: Set to Yes
• HCI/CTI Call Control Allowed: Set to Yes
• HCI/CTI Monitor Allowed: Set to Yes
• Display Caller ID on multicall/keylines: Set to Yes
• Voice Mail Softkey Allowed: Set to No

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

That's all correctly set. Anything specific for SDC?

Thanks

You also have to do a Line Monitor Refresh. this can be done individually or globally on the Micollab Client services
