over the past few days, i've come up with a weird bug? that when i type a url starting with " instead of the whole " it'll take 20 to 40 seconds for my computer to figure out that there should be http:// in front of whatever website i'm trying to access. not the most annoying problem, but i'm wondering if anyone has come up with this problem before, and if there's a way to fix it.
