Type Designer error: Cannot set current type

Hi,

In Type designer while we are importing a TypeTree from and R/3 IDOC( .ido file) we seen an error saying

"Error 6 reference 392: Cannot set current type (doesn't exist?)"

we are using the Mercator Type Designer Version: 6.7(306).
And SAP system detials: R/3 Release 4.6C.

Please let us know the possible reasons for the same and how can we rectify the same.

there are limitations in WTX on what versions of SAP it supports - I'm not sure what the limits are though!

try using WTX 8.1 to import the idoc defn file, then export the tree to XML and then import into 6.7.1

I don't think 8.1 type trees import into 6.7.1
