I have an SL1 upgraded to Meridian 1 Option 61C Release 24. We have experienced a few power outages due to various reasons (replacing the UPSs in the data center, etc.) - and I have noticed that at times, some 500 TNs on the 2 superloops on the 61C will lose their connectivity (sounds like either off-hook or dead air on the line - not sure how else to describe it).

I've tried DISU/ENLU the TNs, moving the TNs to an used 500 TN and back to the original TN and the lines will not clear. The only option is for me to move the original TN to an unused TN and punch it down. If I have more than one 500 TN on the same LSC, none of the available 500 TNs on the same LSC are good, so they have to be moved to either the other superloop or to LSCs on the old SL1.

We are getting ready to completely transition over from the SL1 to the 61C and I need to know if there is a way to be able to use unused 500 TNs on the superloops on the 61C and be able to avoid all this other. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

sounds wierd.... had something similar and I would end up disabling the cards in ld 32, pulling the cards out and then re-enabling them. Never got round it.
