This is a structrure of my small company (Less than 10 users).

Server A: (has a static IP)
-Domain Controller for a single domain: company.org (for internal use only)
-Active Directory with users accounts, share policy
-files/folder and pringintg share

This server is behind a PIX506 firewall and NAT.

Now I want to setup a new Server B for Exchange server only, what I plan to do is:

Server B: (Has a static IP)
-Domain Controller for single domain like Server A: company.com
-Active Directory with users account for email. The users account here are to be exactly the same with users on Server A. Since my company is a extreme small one, so I think I could manually retype each account in for server B.

What do you think of this? Is this a good plan to do?

If Server B is a domain controller for the same AD domain as Server A, you won't have to retype the user accounts as they will be replicated over from Server A.

Um, this sounds great. Thanks.
So Does exchange require to have server B to be domain controller?

No, it does not have to be a domain controller.
