Two-screen Desktop Backgrounds 1

A few months ago I had a second screen installed on my PC, which is running MS Windows XP Professional, Version 2002. I should have done this years ago, it makes life much easier.

I would like to have a different desktop background on each screen instead of the same on both and there's no obvious way to do this via the display properties window. I've heard that it can be done but googling for help didn't turn up anything. Does anyone know the trick to getting a different background on each screen?
