Two questions

1. Where can I find the IM agent for Windows XP pro? I have looked on the CD and can only find the agent for 95/98?

2. Can IM remotely control the desktop of a managed PC? I know you can do this with IBM Director, just not sure if that functionality is in IM and if so has anyone used it?

1. IM for Windows XP can be found at

and then choose the correct system and OS.
2. No, you can not remotely control a desktop. IM is only for data collection and fault monitoring
