MARP -( Multiple Appearance Redirection Prime ) is a feature in CFN - PARM....It is for DN's that appear on more than one set....you MARP the DN on the set that is to control the forwarding of that number (FNA,HUNT)....turning MARP on in a system up and running can be a mess, if you have alot of sets with multiple DN's on it....you need to make sure you know which set is to control each number......as far as the IP address...??
You CCR/Link module does not necessarily have an IP address. It is possible that the service operates admin via RS232 and host link via X.25. However if you have an IP system, outside working hours if you perform a stop NSE and then a start NSE you will be able to define the IP address.
