Hi there,
As title mentions I need to ask two questions about Panasonic KX-TES824 exchange with Console Panasonic KX-T7730 and approx 10 Extension Sets

Q-1 I have two CO lines CO1 and CO2, is it possible to lick zero dialing on CO2 from some extensions? How?

Q-2 Is it possible to change have different ringtones for CO1 and CO2 so when a call comes on CO1 or CO2 we can identify it by ring tone?

Kindly help
Regards

I don't understand Q-1
But for Q-2, its possible. See Program 3.CO -> 3.Detail under ring tone pattern

not quite clear what u ask for..

if ur planning to use the CO2 in other ext. for example 103 104 can use to dial CO2 .. and CO1 can use to dial 101 102 its possible..

Sorry I was unable to explain what I needed to ask. OK let me rephrase my questions

I have Panasonic KX-TES824 exchange with Console Panasonic KX-T7730 and approx 10 Extension Sets.
PABX connects to Central office by two central office lines (CO1) and (CO2) to connect to public carrier.

Q.1 Users press '8' '1' from their extension to get first outside line CO1 and '8' '2' to get second outside line CO2. Once they get outside line, they can dial any outside number including those starting with 'zero'. Means zero dialing on CO1 and CO2 is allowed from all extensions. How can I block zero-dialing on CO1 and CO2 both but for few phone extensions only while other extensions may have zero-dialing on CO1 and CO2?

Q.2 When outside call comes to PABX on CO1 or CO2, console rings the same ring tone. Is it possible to have a different ring tone when CO1 and different for CO2, how?

waiting for reply

Question.1
Classify extensions using Classes of service - See program .TRS , 1.Class Of Service (COS)
Then block them under 5.2

Question.2
Change Line Ring pattern under program 3.CO -> 3.Detail
Then look under Ring pattern

If i have missed something, someone can correct

Thanks for replying. Let me try out your points. I will update after that
