Two phones ringing at the same time

I have two different phones set up, extension 2322 and 2323. The problem is that when 2322 is dialed, 2323 rings as well. How do I turn this feature off?

The effeted phone could be part of a Hunt group or it could have an answer DN. ??

yeah, does it ring to a specific key, if so, which one? or does it ring to the intercom? are you just dialing the ext. or like a DID?

Hey guys. Thanks for the replies. It looks like this system only has one hunt group set up for the entire office. There are extensions in it for every phone in the office. Not sure where else to look as I'm a total novice.

So... when the wrong phone rings does it show on its intercomm key or another key that doesn't act as an intercomm?

When I dial the extension for 2322, but 2322 and 2323 ring. When I dial 2323, 2322 doesn't ring.

When I dial the 2322 number, the 2323 phone displays Line Transfer 01 > Greg.

When dialing 2322, which keys flash on 2323? Confirm use of DIDs and system we are dealing with here please.

Or you could do a Feature * 0 and press the button on 2323 that starts flashing and ringing when you call 2322. Tell us what it says. MRoberts
