Two phones ringing at the same time

Hello,

I have two extensions that both ring whenever each of them get a phone call. This is leading to two users answering the same call. I have had a request to remove this feature. I'm not sure on how I can do this using either OTM Navigator or via the CLI.

I've tried to remove the SCR (key08 on TN 044 0 04 15) but I am getting a SCH0375 DN Type conflicts with input error message.

I hope the information provided below is what is required...

I just figured that out, thanks for replying though :)
 
There are other ways to solve this other than removing the lines... 1) Change the SCR to SCN or 2) use Delayed Ringing.
