I would like to have two separate Outlook files. One of the files would be for business and one for personal use. Can someone please tell me the easiest way to do this. It would be nice if I could have two separate shortcuts on my desktop for each file. Thanks in advance for the help.

outlook, part of office, store everything in file with extension pst.
you can create as many as you need pst files. when you start outlook (only one) you can see and use all these pst files under your long and something meaning names.
with normal move or ''rules'' you organizer your work.

jdy,

Create a new data file in File/New/Outlook Data File with a different name than the current .pst file.

Then open it in File/Open/Outlook Data File.

You should then be able to "see" both (current and new) in the Folder List and be able to access them.
