Hello to all,

Were do I find in the programming how to activate station programmin? And when you have the built in call pilot how do you use f 983? The system is a 400 w/ 3.5 software. I know when you set up the callpilot on a MICS or a CICS you can select your ranges. But on the BCM is there a setting to turn this feature back on?

Thanks

You can't use F983 on a BCM 200/400 until release 4.0.

If I understand the other part of your question, telephony programming through the telset is not officially supported on BCM 200/400 until release 4.0. All set programming should be performed using the Unified Manager.

change your network ip connection on your laptop to a static ip of 10.10.11.2 and subnet of 255.255.255.0 use a cross over cable and plug into your laptop and lan 2 on the bcm. launch you internet explorer and put in 10.10.11.1

I can login nortellian. Thanks biv343 you answered my question. I am sure I can upgrade the software to the 4.0. What does it generally cost? And what is involved? Is it a power down, slide out the tray and install a flash card then power back up? Or do you have to re-program? Or what?

Thanks

About $400 for the Keycode.
Add the keycode to the BCM.
Insert the upgrade CD and follow instructions.
