Hello,

I've been asked to setup two numbers that ring at the same time but then still go to a voicemail...

The two numbers are 4662 and 4668 -> when 4662 is dialled, then 4668 should ring too. I've got this sort of setup but what I'm finding is that 4662 rings twice and then it's as if the call is disconnected. 4668 continues to ring. The CFN and DFN for RCO1 is set to 2... I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Here's the output of the extensions:

Your OPT shows CFO. Now go to LD 15.
Req - chg
Type - RDR
Opt - CFF
enter trough the rest....

If its not working, get a bigger hammer!

Avaya/Nortel/NEC/Asterisk/Access Control/CCTV/DSX/Acti/UCx

If I were to reverse this, and have the OPT what it was before, I'd carry out the following:

LD 15.
Req - chg
Type - RDR
Opt - CFO CFRD DSTD PVCA CWRD
enter trough the rest...?

Any idea what this will do for all other users?

Thanks

To make it much easier, could you not just add an appearance of the first number on the second phone, then just send it like any other call and have both phones ring at the same time?

I'm still pretty new to this - how would I add this appearance?

CHG second phone to add Key 3 SCR 4662. When ever 4662 is called, it will ring on both phones. When programming this, if it asks about MARP, just enter through it, you want it to remain on the original phone.
