Two MICS 7.1xc tie together same location

I have to MICS tie together via T1 card one has a call pilot 150 3.1 and the other doesn't but they would to have centralized voicemail the question after reading the manuals is do I still need pri keycodes to make this happend and a networking keycode as well for the call pilot, I do have the MCDN key codes on both systems.

pls help

For Modular ICS 7.0 you require both a PRI software
key (profile 1, 3, and 4 only) and an MCDN software key to
perform SL-1 networking.
All Norstar systems in the network also must be running
MICS 7.0 or MICS-XC 7.0 or greater software.
