Two exchange servers

Hello,
I just setup a brand new server running exchange 2000 an a windows 2000 server. We already have an existing exchange 2000 deployment within the organisation and I can see both the servers in the AD.

Here is my problem, how do I syncronise the mailbox folder so that the new exchange server can take over from the old machine - so that I can remove exchange from this machine.

Any advise or links most appreciated.

you might have to perform a mailbox move which will dynamically change the name of the server in users outlook.
