I have two PCs, one running win98 and one running win2k, printing to a Toshiba e-Studio copier. Both PCs are using the PCL6 driver provided by Toshiba. When printing the exact same Excel Spreadsheet with margins set the same, the win2k print job squeezes more lines onto a page than the win98 print job!

What could cause this? Is it an OS issue?

Is there anything I can do to have the spreadsheet print the same regardless of what PC it is printed from?

It is a driver issue.
You could however check carefully for any default margin settings in Excell between the two installations.

bcastner, looks like you're right. I tested several computers with different OSes. The results were consistent along the lines of each of the two available drivers (winNT/2k/XP and win95/98)
