Hi all

I am having trouble creating a report. It needs to be on one 8.5 x 11 page, with two columns, and it needs to have the same thing at the top and bottom of each column. What we want to do is be able to cut the landscape paper in half and have exactly the same thing on the top & bottom each piece, with the list of people's names continuing from the first piece onto the second.

When adding a section header, the option is available to Repeat Section, so that the same thing appears at the top of both columns. There is no such option for the section footer, however. Is there a way to do this in VB, or does anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Have a section header and Footer. Put the size of your printable area in the disign view to half of the page. You will probably have to Play with it a little. Then go to your print options. Setup the page to be landscape and choose the option for multiple columns and set this to how you want it.
