I was looking through some past posts but haven't really found a solution to what we're trying to accomplish.
We have a main store and a service department and right now our main store is using the Automated Attendant to pick up calls (with menu). The service dept has it's own direct line in and currently the calls are being answered by a person. We would LOVE to have a separate AA message and menu just for the service dept line. Is this feasible with our current hardware?
