Twinning with a virtual user - I can´t receive calls

I reference this thread because I found half the solution there.

I was trying to record an incoming call transferred to an external extension, but Voicemail Pro don´t record it.

Then, I tried with a mobile twinning, associating my user with my internal extension to a cell phone. When I answer from the cell phone, the call is recorded. Great!

But I want to create virtual users, with no physical extensions but twinning to a cell phone.

In this case, I created a new user, with extension number 250, and twinning to a cell phone.

When an incoming call is routed to extension 250, the call doesn´t reach the cell phone. It looks like nobody is answering.

At the thread940-1546111 says:
Then mobile twinning is the only solution
You can use a virtual user for it but will cost a license
The virtual user does not need to be logged in if it is set at that user !!!

How can I do it?

Are you sure you have checked the option "twin when logged out"?
This must be turned on otherwise it won't work.

Tick the option "twin wheen logged out" on te user > mobility tab
