twinning with 4620swip

hey guys,

i have a customer that wants twinning on a 4620swip phone at a remote location. we have the license and it works in the office. when we try to set up the twinning for the ip phone, it doesnt work.

is there any different setup for the ip sets as far as ip phone and twinning goes???
