Twinning * * Transferring not working

Version 9.0: Set up Mobile Twinning and it works great and was easy to use. The video demo I watched shows that the user on their cell can press [ * * ] and that will place the caller on hold and allow the twinned user to transfer the caller. I tried this but it is not working. Is there something else that needs to be programmed to allow this or unrestrict this feature. I can't seem to find any step by step programing instructions online.

You need to enable "Mobile Call Control" under Twinning on the user.

Yes I have this ticked but the * * still does nothing when I press it.

Do you have another short code starting with **?

What does SysMon say when you hit **?

Is it recognized or not or are there messages that is in not allowed?

You need digital trunks (i.e. ISDN or SIP) for mobile control, it does not work with analog lines and the user needs a mobility or power user license.

You don't need a user license for Mobile Call Control (only needed for One-X mobile app), but it's correct it only works with digital trunks.

did you setup an incoming call route with the mobile cli?

I have it working here, incoming call route to *89 shortcode with FNE Service as the feature.
