I have a cust that has recieved a trial license and had it working but now it does not, she states that the licence was installed a few days ago, I have checked her system, they are running 3.2.54, and her license shows expirary 20/4/2008, the user has mobile set with number fiels 91 then number. if you call ext internally 281 it follows the twinning, but if you call from an outside trunk it goes to vm, never rings the mobile number.

Make sure you have extended your VM answer time (aka allocated answer interval) to a period long enough to accomodate the outbound call to the twinned device. I find that typically 15secs is not long enough to begin ringing a cell phone on an outbound call when you factor in the 2sec wait for the twinning and the 4sec wait for the dial delay time, etc. In Monitor you should see the twin even if the system at least attempts to make the outbound twinned call.

what type of lines. Make sure trunk to trunk connect is on for analog.

Good point kwing. Also if you are using analog trunks keep in mind that the desk phone will stop ringing the moment the twin action begins in that the system assumes that a twinned call on an analog trunk is answered the moment it starts.

also set the system no anser time to somrthing longer than 15 sec. the user no answer can remain at 10 for voicemail.

the cust has 2 pri's no analog lines, plus i have even turned off vm and then you get a busy signal if calling the did. and yes the allocated interval time is adjusted, the cust states it worked for 2 days and remember this is a trial license,
