Twinning issue or "working as intended"

I don't think the call appearances, spare or not, are going to help.
You can send calls to a pair of hunt groups which contain users (phantom) who are twinned to the same number. You can't do mobile call control if you do this though on that twinned number. Overflow from one group to the second with overflow time set to 1 second

rollymaster is right twinning is only doing it for a single call
the only way to cheat with a second call is if you have VmPro and don't want to get messages on it.
I have setup a customer with twinning and a leave point in VmPro that transfers directly to his cell phone that way the second call doesn't twin per se but still goes to the cell phone.

Why would you want it to?
if you are speaking on your desk phone the last thing you want is for your mobile to start ringing as well - even if you do have multiple appearances.
if you are on your mobile then you are nowhere near your desk phone to answer it anyway!
A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.

That is for a customer that is 95% out of the office and only wants to use the mobile mailbox because it transcribes the voicemail into text on an email.
It makes sense for him I have to say but I would not want it either.
