Twinning CLID on Server Edition dont work

Hi there,

I have a customer with IP Office Server Edition 9.1 with a Primary Server & 500v2 Gateway

Customer is using Twinning and want to see the Caller ID...

1.) On digital phones connected on the 500v2 gateway (digital phones and PRI is set on the 500v2 Gateway) everything works as expected...

2.) On the IP Phones (IP phones are set on the Primary Server) on the mobile phone (twinning extension) it always shows the PRI Main Number...

On the Primary Server Twinning of original number is checked and the only Feature Code that is ? dial . with the IP Office SCN Line directed to the 500v2 Gateway

Any ideas?

What does IPO send on the on the PRI if you do L3 ISDN in Monitor?

You might need to use the shortcode " ? Dial .ss" to the gateway to send calling number, also your SP must support it.
