We can get calls to twin to external numbers but regardless of manipulating the configuration as per tech-bulletin 115 involving altering send caller ID field under the SIP line configuration; we cannot get the original calling party ID. Has anyone got this to work using SIP? If so which provider? And what settings did you use to accomplish this task?

If you watch the call progress in Monitor do you see the original caller id being sent out or is it your own, this would show if you have in fact done it correctly and it's the providor not passing it on or if something is not quite right your end :)

Yeah it will send out but that's where it fails, this is with our Diversion header selected. But same setup and call forwarding works but not twinning. Although call forwarding still isn't the solution because it doesn't send out original caller party ID.

The TO should be the number being called (your mobile), the FROM should be a number in the office (NOT the originating calling party's caller ID) and the Diversion should be the originating party's caller ID.
