I'm putting this one out there again in the hope someone has some advice or assistance to offer.

I am trying to configure Twilio SIP trunks on an IP500 V10. I have got inbound but no outbound currently. Does anyone on here have experience with Twilio? If so I could really with some help configuring them.

I too, am trying unsuccessfully in setting up Twilio SIP trunk to an IP500v2 R9.1 - It appears that BF1986 is further than me as I cannot get either direction working. I am dedicated to getting this to work - it has to, right???

I had this working for a customer a while back, and I meant to write up a document for it to give to Twilio. I remember it being a royal pain. I wish I still had access to that customers system, I could pull a config from it.

Eh...this was pretty simple to get setup. Got it working in about 45 minutes. The most time consuming part was navigating their portal, it is terrible and confusing (Please use flowroute if you have the choice!!)

ITSP Domain your_company.pstn.twilio.com
ITSP proxy address 54.172.60.1 54.172.60.2 54.172.60.3 54.172.60.0
SIP Credentials (unless using IP ACL) username: (username you setup) auth name: (same as username) password: whatever 12 char password you made, contact: +1NUMBER it has to be in E164 format!!
UN CHECK REGISTRATION REQUIRED

SIP URI Local URI, Contact, Display name, Use Credentials Contact
select the registration you setup a second ago, setup your incoming/outgoing group ID's

go to incoming call routes, make sure your numbers are in E164 format in the tel number field (with proper incoming call routes)
in your ARS, make sure you have a "+" (yes with the quotes) before N

Make sure you have your ports open on your firewall.

There are likely other settings needed to fix things like "00" on the CID of transferred calls, and likely have to play with some timers for twinning and RTP keep alives, but that's how I got the trial I signed up for working.

Hopefully that helps.
