TWB.nsf is corrupt

Hi

I am new to lotus notes and i have a problem.

xxx.nsf is corrupt

I am in new zealand on 1 server and there is a master replica of xxx.nsf on our Uk server

I tried the follwoing command
pull servername xxx.nsf but it said unable to replicate due to corrupt xxx.nsf

do i need to delete xxx.nsf first and then replicate?
if so what is the command line for this?
