TW phone losing connection 1

Hi all, bit of a weird one..

MiVoice Business 8.0 SP2
MBG 10.0.1.36

All other TW phones working fine, just this one that isn't. So I know it's user side, not server. The users phone, while idle, will lose connection to the server every 15-30 seconds, however.. if you're on a call then the connection stays up the entire time you're on that call. Almost as soon as you're off the call the phone displays "Contacting Server" and goes through boot.

The phone is using a power brick, I've tried opening some ports on the users home router, it's on the same firmware load as all the other phones.. apart from that there's nothing else to report.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
 
Have you checked the connection by running the Teleworker Network Analyser?
User could have a faulty router, bad internet connection, etc.
 
Thanks Waldo.. Always forget the basics. EU has some custom settings on his router... all TNA tests time out or fail! That'll be that then.
