I have a TVS50 and a TA1232 that I am setting up. Got most of it to work the way I want. I am having trouble getting the CO's to transfer the proper way and the custom greetings to work the way I want. I would like CO 1 and 4 to go to AA and all other CO's to DIL1:1 to a specified extension. It seems that I can do this, but the DIL1:1 extensions never roll to the VM box of the Specified extension. Any Ideas on what I might be doing wrong or missing. Any help is much appreciated.

One more thing to add. While in my custom menu when I dial an extension it goes directly to mailbox instead of ringing the extension. i.e. "If you know your party's extension dial it at any time" dial extension and goes straight to Voice Mail.

I seem to have answered my own questions after a few hours of searching the forum post. Thanks to everyone who helped me and didnt know it. This place is great!!

I do however have one little issue that I am still trying to resolve, but I will start a new thread.

For anyone out there with the same problem. Here is the fix. Simply a configuration problem.

I got the DIL1:1 to go to Voice mail by seting the intercept extension (system program 409-410) to the appropriate port and setting that port to VM. While the other COs intercept extension is set for AA.

The extensions going to Voice Mail from Custom Service was a programming error on my part. In the edit mailboxes section of TVS I selected yes to All calls to vm.

Thanks everyone for the help even though you dont realize it.
