TVR 50 assistance

Have a new account that is using a TR 824 with a TVR 59 VM they have no though I have the passwordsoftware on their sever to add a VM box, is there an access extension, to do administration? Or does all have to be done through software??

tvr 825 tvr 59 how about an KX-TA 824 TVS 50 if it say tvs on the side there is an admin mailbox and no if you are in the usa there is no maint console for the tvs series
