tvm50 with two cards and 4 active ports with tda100d only accept 1st call

I need help to identify the problem

I have installed tda100d with 8 main line. 16 extension line and one builtin dlc card. Which is working fine.
Now i am going to attach tvm50 with tda100d in dpt mode and made connection from dlc two ports to tvm50 1st card 1st port and 2nd card 1st port. If I dial 500 vm extension from any extension of pabx. I hear panasonic voice mail sound and I can check status from tvm and all 4 ports working perfectly if I dial from extension. Problem starts when I put 500 in co line dil area. 1st call connect to vm perfectly. But all next calls only rings vm not start greetings for 2nd and onward calls. But if I disconnect 1st call again next 1st call connect without any problem. I mean my vm only accept 1st call. Can any body help me to determine the problem?

I have did like this,

in the tda100d (as you know one port have two extension 101 and 102, 2nd port have 103 and 104 on dlc card) i have change the extension number of dlc ports from 101,102,103,104 to 120,121,122,123 and then made them out of service extension 120 and 123 and changed the type to vm for two extensions, and assigned extension 120 the port 1 on tvm50 and assigned extension 123 to port 2 on tvm50.


now if i dial from any extension 500 from 4 local extension simultaneously all 4 calls play panasonic voice mail prompt, not the greeting which i have recorded, but when i call on my trunk number then for 1st call greeting start playing which we have manually recorded.

Now when i call from outside 1st call connects immediately and play the greeting, all other calls during 1st port is busy, just showing that they are ringing only but we did not got any ring physically on any extension.

cant see picture.. but only one extension per port is used, so 101 will give you 2 ports using dxdp and you should have set 2 extensions as vm unit 1 port 1 and 2

I have did exactly same, i mean i have used two extension 101 using dxdp and it is giving access to two ports of tvm50 when i dial from local extension but not when i dial from outside and 103 using dxdp and it is also giving access on other two ports on tvm50.

Problem is that when one call connects and greeting starts and all others calls are not connecting to vm , all other calls just rings but no one answer.

did you define in TVM programming what ports on the TDE you have it connected to?
