hi obtsystems: the equipment is TDA100 im a bit confused on the configuration on the VM TRUNK SETTINGS on i usually programmed it on only 1 attendant, 2 automated attendant is new to me.
The feature that will do what you're wanting is called Trunk Service. The earliest versions of the TVS/TVM did not have it. Since I don't know what version you have, the easiest way to tell is to go into the Port/Trunk Service menu and see if the option is listed. If so, enter the line number under trunk group number, then select the company greeting and CS menu (under incoming call service) that you want to serve that line. Other than recording the greetings and setting up the CS menu that's all there is to it.
Well, that's going to depend on how your system is currently set up. If the voicemail is operating the way you want and all you're needing is to redirect certain lines to different CGs/CSs, I can't see why any changes to PBX programming would be needed.
I'd recommend having an experienced tech on standby before you get too far into the TVM. If you're not used to programming the older units and accidentally make a mistake, it may be difficult to get it back the way you had it without some help.
ok thanks a lot. the TVM 200 is newly installed. i will program it again today and i will get back to you if i succeeded. thank you very much for your help.
