TVA200 ignoring day mode CS menu and other options

Hi,
I have a KXTDE200 linked to a TVA200. Service Group 1 (on the TVA) is set to PBX and CS menus are built for day and night mode. The Night mode CS menu works fine but the day mode not at all. I also added some Caller ID Routing for all modes (day/night/etc) and those don't work either. Furthermore I cannot change the Programmer password (I can change the admin password though). It is like the system does not recognize day mode.
What the heck is wrong? I've been beating my head against this wall all week.

Are you doing the configuration from Admin or Installer Account?

I think its your timers/time setting.
Is it enabled?

Yes but on the tvm, you have to enable that the time service is changing with the system not its own automatic timer
 
Yes, the TVA is set to PBX for service mode(attached pic below) The night mode custom menu works so I set the day mode to the exact same custom menu, still not working...

You have custom service 2 for both day and night. You should set night as a different custom service
