Turret to cisco to IPO

Hi

hopefully some one has this working and could advise...please!

I have a client that has decided to put trader turrets onto a cisco router connected via pri to an IPO localy.
I have set incomming call routes to extentions, eg; when you dial ext200 from a turret it goes through the cisco, over the pri and rings the ext.
the problem is that the turrets need to dial externaly and I cant seem to get the call to come in and bcak out to the isdn30?

I think * means incoming CLI has priority for routing

sorted, I was right first time with the 9.
it was the cisco guy, he is now passing the 9 followed by 1 sec pause followed by the dialled digits, it grabbed secondary dial tone,and dialled out on the isdn30.

it continues.....changed to qsig as the calls inbound were not presenting cli,

I cant work this one out,

external call to ddi hits incomming callroute and goes destination 5000

5000 is a shortcode with a telephone number of 5000 feature dial with line group id of the now qsig trunk wich is connected to a cisco router with the turrets hanging off it.
the call gets delivered succesfully,

if you dial the shortcode 5000 internaly from an ext on the ipo there is a 13 second delay before it hits the turrets,
Why!

Maybe you have to many xxxx in the code so it will wait.

hmm, me know understand.

the ddi comes in on the isdn30
545000
destination 5000
line group 0 (isdn30)

hits shortcode
5000
feature dial
tel number 5000
line group 25 (qsig)
and rings the turrett straight away

if you just dial the shortcode 5000 it hits the line but doesnt get to the turrett for 13 secs,

Sounds like the Cisco is expecting a longer CLI than it gets from an internal call, or something like that
