Music on hold was once working in my switch and it got deleted.
I can't find out how to get it back working.
I know where the jumper from the music source is, but it was cut.
As I remember this goes to a TN763. right?
How do I add an MOH line to the TN763?
Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to look up and post the solution for them PBXTech.

Thanks guys I searched for it and couldn't find a match.

Pretty simple:

List config on your TN 763 circuit pack to see which port is available for use.......

Run x-cut from music source to that port i.e: port 2

"change system features"....enter this port on line for Music/Tone on Hold

You should be good to go....

* Make sure on your COR's that "Hear System Music on Hold" is "y"

Good Luck
