I have finally got our voicemail system working again but am having troubles getting the auto attendant to play the primary greeting and then the secondary greeting for a list of our extensions to dial. I don't want the automated system to come up asking for the last name to be spelled. Any ideas how to get the table 2 greeting to come up?

Turning off automated directory listing

do you have access to application builder.. 1st, log into cp look at your service dn.. that points a number to an application... in your case a menu service.. then in app builder open that menu service, under properties you can turn or dial by name and choose to record you own greetings.
