turning off audix prompts

I recently created a bulletin board within our Intuity Audix that is accessed by the general public. Unfortunately, when the pre-recorded message finishes playing, various Audix prompts are heard that allow the caller to forward themselves to various other extensions and go through our directory.

Does anyone know how to turn these prompts off for a specific voicemail box? Thanks for your help!

Hi,
I think that this how you would go about this:
Type the command change sub xxx. Then on page 2 of the form notice the field TYPE which is under the permissions section. change this field to bulletin-board. This should take care of it.

As I stated already, this is a bulletin board. I want to turn the prompts off that play after the initial greeting, that direct the caller to press # to transfer to another extension or # to use the company directory (not exact wording). Any suggestions?

What Audix version you have got?
To know what we to do you should know exactly text fragment of the greeting. After that we can try to find the fragment ID and change it. If you use us-eng R5.0-2 announcement set may be I can help you to find and change to silence the fragment ID.
