Turn on key click/tone for 2008, 2317 etc? 1

I have a few users who say that when they use an automated service that requires keypad input, it doesn't register their inputs. I found out how to turn this on for a 3904 but don't have those options with the older phones.

Is there a CLS to enable to allow the key click/tone etc?

Press the # key before dialing? With the phone on the hook? Specifically I'm talking about M2008 sets with displays

Press Program key, then scroll with volume key to "Key Click".
