turn off VM for one extention

i'm trying to either prevent vm from answering a particular extention or set the rings high enough so it won't matter.
deleting the extention's mailbox just make it go to a general mailbox. after reading many posts in this forum it looked like i could change CFNA and CFB rings higher.
but when i try F**233644 on the set the extention is assigned to the password field accepts no input.

You need more knowledge programming. The password is 266344. Cancel the call forward programming for that ect and it will not forward to the voice mail

er, i meant F**266344, but you knew that.
yes, i know the default password is 266344 but the most immediate problem i am facing is the the password field is not accepting input. usually it will display X's as you typing in numbers and make little sounds, it does neither.

See if you can get into admin programming: 266344, 23646.

i can get into 23646, io guess there are no X's for these passwords. so i am assuming the 266344 password has been changed.

You are going to need to install a FastRad off a digital stn port on the system. Then use NRU11 to call into the system to retrieve the password.
