Good Morning:
We are currently in the process of moving our Access Databases into PCVS Dimensions to lock down the code. Dimensions takes the Access Database front end (all tables are linked from backends) and moved it into its control. It then makes the production a read only version.
The problem is that when users open the database, they receive a message from Access stating that "this database is read-only and no data will be saved." This is actually not the case for folks doing data entry and we are sure this will freak them out.
Does anyone know how to turn off that message or gain control of it?
Many Thanks,
Basia
