Keep getting window that says, "You must adjust our local cryptography settings to allow this application to connect to the Internet." There are 3 errors as follows: 1 Error: Unaable to generate a temporary class (result=1). 2 Error; cs2001: Source file 'C\Windows\TEMP\aoxd54a.0 cs' could not be found. 3 error CS2008 No inputs specified.' Have gone in disabled FIPS but still get the window. Double checked to see it's still off and it is. Why won't that window cease? First time for this in 10 years. I get on Internet but can't load certain applications so should I just ignore and hope it goes away? How do I upload attachment from my desktop?

Let me add that I have been running Chrome for a while now yet every time I boot or just go for email the top of screen says that there could be problems and that I should use Chrome. I have used Chrome off and on for years. Never had anything like this for 10 years. Why am I having problems like this?

May be an issue with .net framework. Install the latest version again, and update it. Also, Chrome has only been out for just under 4 years. It was released Dec. 2008. And Vista came out in 2006, so not sure what you mean by the 10 year statement. A little more info on setup, and what you are trying to do would be helpful.

Have solved the problem of the pop up window. It was not generated by Windows, but another newer program all together. I should have known. As for the 10 year comment, I meant in my last 10 years on computers. An exaggeration meaning, 'rare for me'.
