turn off auto handsfree answering nec96i standard digital phone

I have a NEC 96I ISDN telphonesystem with some digital 'standard' telephones without a display (but digital). One of the telephones aren't ringing but go direct on the speaker.

how can i cancell? I think it is a key-code because it changes after cleaning the telephone.
