Turn of the Buzzer sound on the second line.

Hello All,

Not sure where to find the answer on this. Is there away to turn off the buzzer sound on the second line (rollover line) when you are on the first line. The user complaint that the buzzer sound is too loud on the 1120E ip phone. I showed them to low the volume but he prefer it turns off completely.

Please let me know if you know the way.

I think you change the CLS to FITD. Or you could make the second line a SCN for non ringing.

Or you can go to "Services" - "Telephone Options" - "Volume adjustment" - "Buzzer" on the phone set. Then adjust the volume to the lowest.

If they do not want incoming ringon the second key, I would stop hunting there. LHK 0, HUNT not to the DN of KEY 1
